If you are dissatisfied with your goods once they have arrived may return them for a refund or replacement, within 14 days. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

Order Fulfilment
Whilst we, at all times welcome your orders and will endeavour to hold all stock items listed on this Website, due to the nature of our business, stock availability at all times cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped so as to reach you within Ireland and Europe, within 5 – 7 working days. Orders to the rest of the world may take longer.

Delivery time will be estimated at the time of ordering. Once you have placed an order with WaywordsJournals.com an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid email address so you receive these emails. WaywordsJournals.com is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details being submitted.

Delivery
We will do our best to deliver the Products to you within 3 to 5 working days of your order within the island of Ireland. Products, however are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside of our control. Delivery dates specified for delivery are approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Product/s. If this happens, we will refund the money paid by you for those Products and the delivery amount you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. Refunds
Refunds can only be applied to the original method of purchase.

Payment will be charged for any price difference where the exchanged product is of a higher value. Stripe requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction.
